The Processing administration fee will be reimbursed upon your first month of moving into the property. In the event of an unsuccessful application, no refund will be issued to cover our admin costs. We envisage to process all applications within a 30 day time frame. During busy periods, we may take longer to review and process applications as landlords may request for more information from you.

Please note, we no longer accept deposits for properties or reservation payments. We work on a vetting system and we cannot accept a deposit or any other payment to secure or hold a property until you first view the property in person and sign a tenancy agreement.

As we work within the Affordable Living Group programme, we have a select panel of Landlords who guarantee a fixed rental rate for at least 36 months from the first day of tenancy. This guarantees that rental prices remain stable and not subject to sudden increases without prior notice. We currently do not allow Subletting or rent to rent schemes. Our property inspection officers will always carry out routine inspections as expressed in the tenancy agreements to ensure no contractual infringements are made.

This form is only for New Tenancy applicants. If you wish to contact the housing or repairs team please use the relevant details supplied in your tenancy and occupancy booklet or email us at Housing@propertysensealg.co.uk . Please also use this email for any rental arrears disputes and quote your housing reference number in the email so we may send your query to the relevant department.

Supporting documents may include: A reference letter from a professional such as a Doctor, Teacher, Solicitor or Employer, Current Tenancy Agreement, Character Reference letter, A personal statement on your circumstances, Wage slip, I.D document such as Passport or Driver's Licence.

At the first stage we always try to encourage Applicants to Upload only requested documents. If we have not yet spoken to you or requested documents from you, it is not necessary to include these upon the first tenancy application completion. 

At times, there may be more than one property within the specific Postcode area you applied for so our housing team may offer you multiple viewing options to more than one property.
